We've taken the rich, nutty undertones of our finest Somerset cold pressed rapeseed oil, and infused it with the wonderful aromatic herby flavour of thyme. This has created a wonderful all-rounder, great drizzled over salads and soups, but equally stunning used when cooking chicken, meats and vegetables. The oil has peppery, earthy and minty notes, that is light and delicate on the palate.
Great when used as a finishing oil, drizzled over fresh tomatoes and mozzarella, soups or seasonal salads, but also perfect for pasta sauces, roasting potatoes or making your own dressings.
