Strawberry and Truffle Oil Salsa

This is a fresh yet rich salsa and works beautifully with beef or chicken.

Ingredients

• 10 small strawberries
• 10 cherry tomatoes
• 1/2 small red onion
• 1/4 cucumber
• 1 tablespoon of torn mint leaves
• Large pinch of salt
• 1 tablespoon of Fussels Extra Virgin Rapeseed Oil
• 1 tablespoon of Fussels Truffle Infused Rapeseed Oil

Method

Finely chop the strawberries, tomatoes, red onion and cucumber.

Next rip up the mint leaves.

Finally, combine all the ingredients together in a bowl ready to serve.
