These spicy skewers are delicious on their own, with salad or in a wrap. Any leftovers can be used up in a sandwich the next day.

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of plain yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of Fussels Garlic Rapeseed Oil
- 1 teaspoon lemongrass paste
- 1 teaspoon of Korean chilli paste
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon of mixed dried herbs
- Large pinch of chilli
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- 400g chicken fillets, sliced
- 1/2 lime
Method
Preheat the oven to 200C (or cook on the barbecue).
Combine the marinade ingredients (apart from the lime) and mix with the chicken.
Leave for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Thread the chicken on skewers and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Squeeze the lime juice all over the skewers.
Serve with a yoghurt mixed with black pepper and mint.
