Ingredients
For the noodles
- 2 courgettes, cut into noodles, using a spiarliser or just julienned
For the sauce

1 avocado
-
1 large mango or 2 small ones

1 tablespoon of Fussels Chilli Infused Rapeseed Oil
-
2 tablespoons of Fussels Extra Virgin Rapeseed Oil

Large pinch of salt

Juice of 1/2 grapefruit
For the topping
- Chopped fresh chilli, to taste
- 1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon of nutritional yeast (optional)
- Leaves of 1 sprig of mint, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of chopped chives
Method
Blend all the sauce ingredients together and mix with the zoodles, leave to marinade at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Scatter with the seeds, chilli, yeast and herbs.
