Marinated Feta

This is a great addition to salads, bruschetta or even as an indulgent flavouring in dips. Flavoured oils make the marinating job easy.

Ingredients

  • 200ml Fussels Extra Virgin Rapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Fussels Garlic oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Fussels Chilli oil
  • Zest and juice from 1 lemon
  • 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary and thyme
  • 4 dried birds eye chillies
  • 1 block of feta (200g)

Method

In a bowl, combine the oils, lemon juice and zest and herbs.

Cube the feta and place in a glass or plastic tub.

Leave at room temperature for around 8 hours.

Store in the fridge after that.
