A great dip for flat bread or a drizzle for curries and soups.

  • 3 star anise
  • 1 tsp pink peppercorns
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1tbsp dried rose petals
  • ½ tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 200ml Fussels extra virgin rapeseed oil


Place a large frying pan over a medium heat

Add all the spices and petals and stir gently for 1 minute

Pour in the oil and turn off the heat

Leave to cool completely, then strain into a container and your delicious oil is ready to use
