Burrata and Fig Salad

A fresh and delicious salad with a basil and garlic dressing.

  • 200g rocket leaves
  • 1 burrata
  • 1 peach
  • 3 figs
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Small bunch of basil
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of Fussels Chilli Rapeseed Oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Fussels Extra Virgin Rapeseed Oil
  • Large pinch of salt
  • 50ml water
  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds


    For the dressing: blend all the ingredients adding enough water for a thick and slightly chunky consistency.

    Arrange everything on a platter and pour over the dressing.
