Bejewelled Kale & Orange Salad

A sweet side dish

  • 5 leaves of kale (stem removed)
  • 1 orange
  • 2-3 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds (or more)
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped hazelnuts
  • 150g Brussel sprouts
  • 1 tbsp Fussels Smoked Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp white miso
  • Juice from 1 orange


Finely slice the Brussel sprouts

Tear the kale leaves into small chunks

Combine the dressing ingredients and massage thoroughly into the kale and sprouts

Leave to stand for 10-15 minutes

Peel and cut the orange into segments

Combine with the kale and serve topped with pomegranate seeds and nuts
